Bits and Pieces

Here are bits and pieces of portions of the book, Desperate, to which I relate. There are SO many encouraging portions, but these are just a few of the things that I picked out to share. What are your favorite parts? I find the time at the end of each chapter an adventure. I like to journal my prayers, thoughts, and goals as a momma.

"To this day, it is still by far the hardest area for me! Housekeeping is relentless— it never stops and piles up day after day. If I could have my way, I would rather be eating cake in a playhouse." Mae, Sarah (2013-01-08). Desperate: Hope for the Mom Who Needs to Breathe (p. 72). Thomas Nelson. Kindle Edition.

"We all assume that others can do it better than we can, and also assume it must come naturally to some women." Mae, Sarah (2013-01-08). Desperate: Hope for the Mom Who Needs to Breathe (p. 73). Thomas Nelson. Kindle Edition.

Here's two great videos at the end of Chapter 7 & 8 that are so honest (about selfishness and addictions) and are definitely helpful to me.
